SERVSAFE® Food Protection Manager Certification

Who should attend: Hotel & Restaurant managers/owners, other related Hospitality Industry Managers/Owners. Hospital, Nursing homes food serving managing staff, Food service catering managers/supervisory personnel, Airline catering managers/supervisory personnel, Food handling units ( supermarkets, food suppliers managers/supervisors).   

Attendance level: Knowledge of basic food handling procedures with 3 years experience.

Language: English & Spanish.

Course duration: Four ( 4 ) days of 4 hours each.

Course Location: Classroom provided by Safe Food Inc. or at your company as per agreement.

Course fee: AWG 500,00 per person.

Included: Course material hand-out / snacks & refreshment during break at Safe Food’s location / certificate upon successfully completing the assessment.
