Who should attend: Restaurant owners, Food & Beverage Managers and Supervisors, Chefs.          

Attendance level: In-depth food & beverage operational experience. (Min. 5 years experience). Basic commercial knowledge.

Language: English.

Course location: Classroom (with snacks and refreshments if) provided by Safe Food Inc. or at your company location as per agreement

Course duration: Four ( 4 ) days of 4 hours each.
