HACCP Principles Training

In order to understand how important HACCP is, and what it does, it helps to know the main principles of the approach. HACCP is now an international standard, (ISO 22000 FSMS 2011) and within this there are 7 principles which must be adhered to in order to be correctly abiding by HACCP.
The HACCP training course will embrace the 7 HACCP principles for the participants to obtain a complete idea of the entire HACCP system and how to implement same.
A 4 day of 4 hours course for owners, food/beverage managers & supervisors, chefs & sous-chefs is provided by Safe Food Inc.
